Details on the abstract and authors
For the presentation of the scientific contribution, the registration of at least one of the authors (the responsible author) is required. Each member cannot be the responsible author of more than one contribution.
The abstract should not exceed 500 words or 4000 characters with spaces included (in addition to the affiliation of the authors and bibliography) and should be structured (Title, Authors, Affiliations, Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion, Bibliography). The abstract must be informative and allow for an evaluation of the contents.
The bibliographic entries should be listed in alphabetical order and progressively numbered. On the same page, the author’s e-mail address for correspondence and the preferred presentation method of the scientific contribution (poster, oral communication, invited lecture) must be indicated.
The abstract must be uploaded using this form in Word or PDF format and should be correctly named (surname of the responsible author_title of the scientific contribution).
